Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Go into your account, then go to subscriptions then click cancel subscription.
If you encounter any problem, contact our support team info@museofficielle.co.uk, and they will assist you with the cancellation process. -
To update your payment information your can:
Log into your customer account. (Click Login in the navigation menu.)
Click Account Settings then Subscriptions, then click the membership or subscription you want to change.
Click Payment method.
Click Update payment method, then select a saved payment method or click Add new payment method to enter a new payment method.
Click Save.
The next payment for the membership or subscription will charge to the updated card.

If you haven’t received your seasonal issue by the expected delivery date, please check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, contact us info@museofficielle.co.uk, and we’ll make sure you receive your access.

Memberships are non-refundable. However, you can cancel at any time to avoid future charges. Once canceled, you will still have access to all the benefits of your membership until the end of your current billing period.
