These terms and conditions govern the use of the website, creative direction & video production services, and other offerings provided by Muse Officielle Limited, operating under the brand Muse Officielle. By accessing this website or purchasing any of our services or products, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

1. General Information

Muse Officielle Limited is a registered company in the United Kingdom. All services under the Muse Officielle brand are delivered and overseen personally by Magali Ledoux, the creative director and founder.

2. Creative Direction & Video Production Services

When hiring Magali Ledoux for creative direction and video production services, clients agree to the following terms:

2.1 Personalized Creative Collaboration

Magali Ledoux personally guides the creative process, including the initial strategy call, storyboard development, filming, and professional editing. Every project is crafted with individual care and artistic integrity.

2.2 Creative Direction and Collaborative Production

Magali Ledoux is the sole creative director and visionary behind each project, steering every element from inception to final delivery. While she retains full artistic control and vision, the filming and editing may occasionally be supported by a carefully selected team working closely under her direct supervision.

This team operates in accordance with Magali Ledoux’s creative standards and aesthetic, ensuring consistency in quality and tone. Regardless of the number of collaborators involved, Magali Ledoux remains the primary creative authority responsible for the narrative, style, and emotional resonance of the finished work.

2.3 Deliverables

Deliverables depend on the package and optional extras selected. All creative direction and video production experiences are crafted with intentionality, artistry, and depth.

For reference, the Signature Package includes:

A pre-shoot questionnaire and strategy call,
Creative direction and a fully developed storyboard,
A 3-minute cinematic mini movie, edited with professional sound design and colour grading, delivered in 4K format.

One revision round is included.
Additional edits may be quoted separately.
Raw footage is not provided.

Muse Officielle retains full editorial discretion, including the right to omit any footage at their discretion. Not all footage captured will necessarily be included in the final deliverables.

2.4 Deposit and Payment Structure

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and begin pre-production.

The remaining 75% must be paid in full prior to the shoot day.

No footage or deliverables will be released until full payment has been received.

2.5 Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 7 days’ notice. Your deposit will be retained and applied toward your rescheduled session.

Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

If you reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, an additional fee may apply, subject to availability.

In case of illness or emergency, please contact us promptly; each case will be assessed individually.

If Magali Ledoux must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified immediately. A full refund or alternative date will be offered.

2.6 Review & Refund Policy

After filming, you will receive a watermarked preview of your mini movie.

You have 7 days to respond with either:

Approval of the video,
One set of revision notes,
Or a refund request (excluding the deposit), no questions asked.

If no response is received within 7 days, the preview is considered approved.

Once the final video is delivered, the project is deemed complete and non-refundable.

Please note: The non-refundable deposit secures our time, resources, and pre-production efforts, and is not eligible for refund under any circumstance.

2.7 Copyright and Usage

All creative works and services provided by Magali Ledoux, operating through Muse Officielle Limited, are the intellectual property of Magali Ledoux, unless otherwise specified in writing. Muse Officielle retains the right to use any footage (edited or unedited) for advertising, display, publication, or other promotional purposes, including but not limited to web, social media, and other digital platforms.

Clients are granted usage rights for personal or professional platforms (websites, social media, emails), with credit to Magali Ledoux.

Clients may not alter or re-edit footage without written permission.

Any commercial or third-party use requires a separate licensing agreement and additional fee.

2.8 Travel

Travel within Central London is included.

Locations outside Central London will incur additional travel fees, discussed prior to the shoot.

3. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Creative direction and visual concepts
Pre-shoot strategy calls and questionnaires
Storyboards, moodboards, and artistic development materials
All video footage filmed and edited by Magali Ledoux or her team under her direction
Final edited videos, including sound design and colour grading

Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Client Responsibilities for Video Services

Clients agree to:

Be available for the scheduled pre-production call and questionnaire,
Cooperate during filming and arrive punctually,
Communicate respectfully throughout the collaboration.

Muse Officielle Limited reserves the right to terminate the shoot without refund in cases of inappropriate or disrespectful behavior.

5. Limitation of Liability

Muse Officielle Limited, under the creative direction of Magali Ledoux, is not responsible for any damages, perceived losses, or outcomes resulting from the use, interpretation, or performance of its creative services.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Strategy calls and creative consultations
Moodboards and storyboards
Filming and edited video content, whether produced solely by Magali Ledoux or with her supervised team
Bespoke cinematic mini-movies provided as part of your selected package

All services are delivered with artistic care and professional commitment. However, due to the subjective nature of creative work, Muse Officielle Limited cannot guarantee specific results, such as audience response, commercial impact, or personal satisfaction beyond the agreed scope.

By commissioning Muse Officielle, you acknowledge these terms and release Muse Officielle Limited from liability for how the final creative work is used, perceived, or received once delivered.

6. Modifications to the Terms

Muse Officielle Limited reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website, and significant changes may be communicated via email or official channels.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be settled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
