Subscription Renewal:
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. However, refunds will not be issued for the remaining subscription period.
3. Video Services
When hiring Muse Officielle Limited for creative video services (e.g., videography), clients agree to the following terms:
Personalized Creative Collaboration:
The creative process begins with a consultation to understand your unique vision. Muse Officielle will work closely with you to select the best locations, events, and approaches to ensure your story is told authentically and effectively.
Deposit and Payment:
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking.
The remaining 75% balance must be paid on the day of the shoot. No part of any order will be delivered until the balance is paid in full.
In case of no-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours), the deposit is forfeited.
Deliverables:
Clients will receive edited footage via digital download. No raw footage will be provided.
The standard deliverables include a cinematic video with professional editing, sound design, and color grading, as outlined in the individual package selected.
One feedback revision is included. Additional revisions may incur extra fees depending on the package you chose.
Copyright and Usage:
Muse Officielle Limited retains the copyright to all footage. Clients may not edit or alter the footage without prior consent.
Clients may use the footage for promotional purposes on their website and social media, with appropriate credit to Muse Officielle.
Additional commercial usage of the footage outside of these platforms requires additional licensing and fees.
Travel:
Travel within Central London is included. Sessions outside Central London may incur additional travel fees.
Rescheduling:
If a session needs to be rescheduled, clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid losing their deposit. Rescheduling will be accommodated based on Muse Officielle Limited's availability
4. Refund Policy
The 25% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Clients may request a full refund only after viewing the initial preview of the video. They have 72 hours from the time they receive the initial preview to claim the refund . ( )
The initial preview will contain a watermark. Upon receiving the initial preview, clients can choose one of the following options:
Approve the initial preview: If approved, the final video will be sent without watermarks.
Request revisions: Provide feedback for changes, and the revised video will be delivered without watermarks.
Request a full refund: If the client opts for a refund, the deposit will not be refunded.
If the client does not request a refund within the 72-hour window, they must provide feedback for revisions or approve the initial preview. Once the final video is delivered, no refunds will be accepted.
6. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content, products, and services offered by Muse Officielle are the intellectual property of Muse Officielle Limited. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or alteration of these materials is strictly prohibited.
This includes, but is not limited to, digital magazine issues, video content, Notion templates, and any other creative works.
7. Client Responsibilities for Video Services
Clients are responsible for providing reasonable assistance and cooperation during video shoots. Muse Officielle Limitedwill not be held responsible for missed footage due to lack of cooperation.
If clients or participants behave disrespectfully during the shoot, Muse Officielle Limited reserves the right to terminate the session without a refund.
8. Terms of Use for Video Footage
Video footage can be used by clients on their website, social media, or personal promotions.
For any use beyond these channels, additional usage rights must be purchased.
Proper credit to Muse Officielle is required when posting footage online.
9. Limitation of Liability
Muse Officielle Limited is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of its digital products, video services, or subscriptions. By purchasing any products or services, you agree to release Muse Officielle Limited from any claims related to the use or performance of these offerings.
10. Modifications to the Terms
Muse Officielle Limited reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the website.
11. Governing Law
